Glass Fiber Reinforced NylonN6G15-15%~50%

Feature
  • Graduated Mechanical Performance: Tensile strength and flexural rigidity show stepped enhancement as glass fiber ratio increases (15%–50%)
  • Superior Heat Resistance: Substantially raises Heat Deflection Temperature (HDT), suitable for continuous high-temperature environments
  • High Weatherability & Chemical Resistance: Possesses nylon's traditional wear resistance, oil resistance, and chemical resistance
  • Precision Dimensional Control: Extremely low molding shrinkage provides exceptional dimensional stability and creep resistance
  • Metal Replacement Solution: High-fill grades can replace metal components to achieve lightweighting goals
  • Customizable Colors: Professional color-matching personnel available to flexibly adapt colors based on requirements
Description

This series consists of high-performance polyamide 6 reinforced with 15% to 50% short glass fiber (PA6 / Nylon 6, commercially designated as the N6G15 series). Glass fibers interweave within the resin matrix to form a solid microscopic skeleton, conferring superior tensile strength, high stiffness, and thermal performance, maintaining structural stability under high temperature and sustained heavy stress.
We offer a complete range of fiber ratios (15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 33%, 35%, 40%, 50%), flexibly selectable according to structural strength, rigidity, toughness, and flowability specifications. Widely applied in automotive engine compartment components, intake manifolds, fan blades, gears, power tool housings, high-pressure pumps and valve fittings, sporting goods, and heavy-load engineering structural parts.
Our company equips professional color-matching personnel; all color requirements can be flexibly discussed and customized.
